摘要
目的比较腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术与常规开腹手术治疗早期局限性前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月至2014年1月我院收治的早期局限性前列腺癌患者89例,分为观察组45例和对照组44例。对照组患者给予常规开腹手术,观察组患者给予腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术。对治疗后2组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生率进行比较。结果1观察组患者的术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2观察组患者的胃肠功能恢复时间及术后住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3治疗后观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4治疗后2组患者的术后1年复发率及术后1年完全控尿率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术可明显提高早期局限性前列腺癌患者的临床疗效,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To compare clinical efficacy of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and conventional open surgery in the treatment of patients with early local prostate cancer.Methods A total of 89 cases of early local prostate cancer patients in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was treated by conventional open surgery,while observation group was treated by laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications of patients in two groups were compared.Results 1Intraoperative blood loss of patients in observation group was significantly less than that in control group（P〈0.05）.2The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group（P〈0.05）.3The incidence of complications of patients in observation group was significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.4There was no significant difference in the one-year biochemical recurrence rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in the treatment of early local prostate cancer can improve clinical efficacy,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
