摘要
目的探讨痔疮术后排尿排便困难患者应用个性化护理的效果分析。方法收取我院2015年10月—2016年2月的58例痔疮患者,分为两组,对照组(29例患者实施常规护理),观察组(29例患者实施个性化护理),将两组痔疮患者的护理效果实施对比。结果观察组痔疮患者的排便过程平均时间、首次排便时间、首次排尿时间等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理对痔疮术后排尿排便困难具有良好的应用效果,能促进痔疮患者较快恢复,改善患者情绪状态,缓解患者疼痛感,还能增进护患关系。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing care in patients with dysuria after hemorrhoids. Methods 58 cases of hemorrhoid patients admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2016 were divided into two groups, respectively the control group （including 29 cases that received conventional nursing） and the observation group （including 29 cases that received individualized nursing）. The comparison between the nursing effects of the two groups was then carried out. Results The average time of defecation, the frst defecation time and the frst urination time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Personalized nursing has a good effect on the diffculty of postoperative voiding of hemorrhoids. It can promote the recovery of hemorrhoids patients, improve the emotional state of patients, relieve the pain of patients, and improve the relationship between nurse and patient.
