摘要
目的探讨延续性护理对重度痔疮手术患者术后恢复的影响。方法择取2017年3月至2019年3月期间我院肛肠科收治的100例重度痔疮患者参与研究,所有患者均行手术治疗,采取抛硬币方法进行完全随机分组,其中对照组50例,观察组50例。对照组患者开展常规护理干预,观察组患者开展延续性护理干预,比较两组患者术后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、住院时间、术后并发症及护理满意度等指标。结果观察组患者术后2周、术后4周VAS评分均低于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,统计学显示组间差异有意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率6.00%,护理满意度96.00%,对照组患者术后并发症发生率22.00%,护理满意度82.00%,统计学显示组间差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论重度痔疮手术术后开展延续性护理干预对其疼痛改善,规避并发症风险具有积极影响,还可缩短患者住院时间并提升其对医院护理服务满意度,因此该种护理模式值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on the recovery of patients with severe hemorrhoids after operation. Methods 100 patients with severe hemorrhoids admitted to Anorectal Department of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected to participate in the study. All patients underwent surgical treatment and were randomly divided into two groups by coin tossing method, 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group were given continuing nursing intervention. Visual analogue pain score(VAS), hospitalization time, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 2 weeks after operation and 4 weeks after operation, and the hospitalization time was less than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%, the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.00%, and the incidence of complications in the control group was 22.00%, and the nursing satisfaction rate was 82.00%. The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention after severe hemorrhoids operation has a positive effect on pain improvement, avoidance of complication risk, shortening hospitalization time and improving satisfaction with hospital nursing service. Therefore, this nursing mode is worthy of popularization and application.
