摘要
目的探究分析痔疮术后排尿排便困难患者应用个性化护理的效果。方法从2017年4月-2019年4月我院收治的接受痔疮手术的患者中抽选128例进行研究,采用数字随机分配法将其分为两组,实验组65例,接受个性化护理,对照组63例,接受常规护理,对比两组患者护理效果包括术后排尿排便情况等。结果试验组首次排便时间、首次排尿时间、排便平均时长等均少于对照组,总满意度(96.92%)高于对照组(85.71%),差异具有统计学意义P <0.05。结论在接受痔疮手术的患者中,采取个性化护理能够更好的促进患者康复,减少术后排便排尿困难现象,临床护理效果显著,患者满意度普遍较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying personalized nursing in patients with dysuria after acne. Methods From April 2017 to April 2019, 128 patients who underwent hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital were selected for study. They were divided into two groups by digital randomization method, and 65 patients in the experimental group received personalized care. 63 cases in the control group received routine nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared with postoperative urination and defecation. Results The first defecation time, the first urination time, and the average length of defecation were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group. The total satisfaction rate(96.92%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.71%), P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery, individualized nursing can better promote the rehabilitation of patients, reduce the difficulty of postoperative defecation and dysuria, clinical nursing effect is significant, and patient satisfaction is generally high.
