摘要
竞技体育行业的政府行政垄断,使其形成了一个封闭的系统,系统内不断增加的熵导致的无序状态使其总体效率欠佳;依据耗散结构理论,欲使我国竞技体育行业摆脱困境,必须进一步扩大其开放程度,以充分发挥非线性机制的作用。运用数据包罗分析方法,对我国竞技体育行业的效率状况进行实证分析,发现其在行政垄断下的总体效率确实不高。基于理论和实证分析,认为要提高我国竞技体育行业的效率水平,必须对其行政垄断体制进行改革。
In a long term, Chinese competitive sports industry is under the control of the government＇s administrative mo-nopoly. The disordered state caused by the increasing entropy in the system led to inefficiency.
