摘要
"得众则得国,失众则失国"。人民群众是创造历史的主体,是我国社会不断发展的源泉力量。实施健康中国战略,是我党对人民的郑重承诺,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的基础要求。建立全民体育服务体系,均衡全民体育建设的资源分配具有重要意义。研究分析了我国当前全民体育建设的发展基础现实,作出政府牵头大力投资、政商之间积极合作、构建共享资源机制和严格监管社会体育资源分配四点资源均衡发展建议。
“The people get the country, lose the public is lost.” The masses are the theme of creating history and the source ofcontinuous development of our society. The implementation of the strategy for a healthy China is our Party’s solemn commitmentto the people and the basic requirement for the modernization of the state governing system and governance capacity. It is of greatsignificance to establish a system of universal sports service and balance the distribution of resources for universal sports. Theresearch uses literature reading method and data analysis method to analyze the current basic development of sports for all in ourcountry and concludes that： the government takes the lead in investing vigorously; the government and commerce actively cooperate;the mechanism of sharing resources is established; the regulation of social sports resources distribution Point balanced resourcedevelopment proposals.
