摘要
通过对近年来有关国际大赛成绩统计及大量情报资料分析,介绍俄罗斯竞技体育管理与运动训练的变革、竞技体育整体实力水平、竞技体育后备人才和运动训练专家培养、高水平运动队的训练等俄罗斯竞技体育发展现状、以及俄罗斯在运动训练方面的经验与启示。
Based on the statistics of international competitions in recent years and the analysis of information materials, the paper introduces the management model of competitive sports in Russia, the reform on sports training, the level of competitive sports as a whole, potential talents of competitive sports and the training of sports teams of higher level. It analyzes the developmental actuality of competitive sports and the enlightenment of sports coaching theory in Russia.
