摘要
目的:探讨中药清热解毒汤辅助治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)临床疗效。方法:选择CAP患者108例,按照数字随机表法分为2组,每组54例,对照组给予止咳祛痰、解痉平喘、吸氧、退热、抗生素等西医常规治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药清热解毒汤口服。比较两组主要症状体征咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音消失时间、病情稳定时间和住院时间,比较两组治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)检测,并比较两组治疗总有效率。结果:治疗组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间、病情稳定时间和住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组CRP、PCT低于对照组(P<0.01),治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:中药清热解毒汤辅助治疗社区获得性肺炎可有效减轻炎症反应,缓解临床症状,改善呼吸功能,提高临床疗效。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Qingre Jiedu decoction adjuvant therapy in treating community acquired pneumonia（CAP）. Methods： 108 patients with CAP were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to 2016. They were divided into two groups according to the number randomized table method. Fifty-four patients in each group were given cough expectorant, antispasmodic, Fever, antibiotics and other conventional treatment of Western medicine. Treatment group was given treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Qingre Jiedu decoction oral based on the treat- ment of the control group. Comparison of the two main symptoms and signs of cough, fever, lung rales disappear time, stable time and hospital stay. The levels of C-reactive protein （CRP） and procalcitonin （PCT） were measured before and after treatment. And compare the total effective rate of the two groups. Results： The levels of fever, cough, lung rales disappearance, duration of stay and hospital stay were lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the levels of CRP and PCT in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01） The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Chinese medicine Qingre Jiedu decoction can be used to treat community-acquired pneumonia, which can effectively relieve inflammation, relieve clinical symptoms, improve respiratory function and improve clinical curative effect.
