摘要
将新能源消纳与水电替代两种方案下电网公司综合效益水平的差额作为新能源消纳部分的效益,提出了基于改进灰色系统白化权函数的电网公司综合效益评价方法,并通过引入群组判断和指数标度,提高评价方法的客观性和可行性。结果显示,新能源消纳方案下电网公司的综合效益水平较高,说明新能源消纳对提高电网公司的综合效益水平具有显著意义。
This paper takes the comprehensive benefit difference between circumstances of new energy consumption and hydropower alternative as the comprehensive benefit of new energy consumption,and puts forward an improving comprehensive evaluation method based on gray system whitening weight function,which could improve the objectivity and feasibility of this evaluation method through introducing group judgment and exponential scale.The result shows that the comprehensive benefit of Power Grid Corp under new energy consumption scheme is higher,which indicates that the increasing proportion of new energy consumption is conducive to the comprehensive benefit of Power Grid Corp.
