摘要
随着资源环境与经济发展的矛盾日益突出,21世纪人类正面临着经济发展方式的新变革,以低能耗、低物耗、低排放、低污染为特征的低碳经济(Low-carbon Economy)是未来经济发展方式的新选择。本文从大时空跨度和能源利用方式上,分析了人类经济发展形态演变历程;探讨了低碳经济理念产生的时代背景,而国际社会对温室气体(CO2)减排的关注导致了低碳经济产生与发展。本文研究了低碳经济对传统的建立在化石燃料(能源)基础之上的现代工业文明的影响,以及发展低碳经济的路径和方法。
The contradiction between the environment and the development of economy going more and more significant in 21centry, we are facing new challenges in the way of economic development. The low carbon economy which is low energy consumption, low material consumption low-emission and low-pollution should be one of the future choices in the economic development. This paper investigated the relationship between the histories of energy utilization and the histories of economic development. The background about how this low carbon economy is generated has also been discussed in this paper. The development of the low carbon economy is based on the concern from the international community about the harmful result from the emission of greenhouse gas （CO2）. The paper also studied the impacts of the new, low carbon economy to the traditional industry which is based on fossil fuels （resource）. Finally, we also proposed some methods to develop low-carbon economy.
