摘要
为了研究开发一种新型的绿色低碳吸声材料,以化学发泡法制备碱矿渣泡沫混凝土试样,通过实验分析了材料容重、碱当量和纤维掺量对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土的抗压强度、吸水率、吸声性能的影响。结果表明:随着容重的增加,材料的抗压强度提高,吸水率下降,低频吸声性能提高,而高频吸声性能下降;随着碱当量的提高,材料的抗压强度提高,吸水率先降低后提高,在50 Hz到1600 Hz频段内的吸声系数有一定提高;适宜掺量的纤维会提高材料的抗压强度,掺入过多对强度发展不利,同时纤维的掺入会提高材料的高频吸声性能。
In order to develop a new type of green and low carbon absorption material,alkali activated slag cement foam concrete was prepared based on chemical foaming. The effect of density,content of alkali and content of fiber on the compressive strength, water absorption and sound absorption characteristic were analyzed through testing. The results show that with the increase of density,the compressive strength of the material increases,the water absorption decreases,the sound absorption performance of the low frequency increases,and the sound absorption performance of high frequency decreases. With the increase of alkali equivalent,the compressive strength is improved,the absorption coefficient is increased after the first reduction,and the absorption coefficient within the range of 50 Hz and 1600 Hz is enhanced. The suitable dosage of fiber can improve the compressive strength of materials,but the excessive content of fiber is detrimental to the development of strength. Moreover, the incorporation of fiber may improve the sound absorption of materials in high frequencies.
