摘要
为了研究泡沫混凝土的力学性能,利用自配的复合发泡剂制作标准试件,对掺加粉煤灰、纤维、激发剂的水泥基泡沫混凝土强度进行了力学实验.结果表明,添加0.5%聚丙烯纤维后可使泡沫混凝土的强度提高40%以上;添加50%粉煤灰后使强度降低40%;使用化学激发剂后,使添加50%粉煤灰的水泥基泡沫混凝土的强度提高20%以上.使用化学激发剂的纤维增强粉煤灰泡沫混凝土是一种应用前景广阔的保温节能产品.
In order to study the mechanical properties of foamed concrete, the standard specimen was made of self-developed compound foaming agent, and mechanical tests were carried out for the fly ash - , fiber - , and excitation agent- doped cement- based foamed concrete respectively. The results show that the strength of the 0.5% wt. polypropylene fiber - doped foamed concrete increases by more than 40%. The strength of the 50% wt. fly ash - doped foamed concrete decreases by about 40%. With the application of excitation agent, however, the foamed concrete doped with 50% wt. fly ash increases the strength by more than 20%. So fiber - reinforced fly ash foamed concrete is a kind of heat preservation and energy - saving product with wide prospective.
