摘要
分析了泡沫混凝土的主要原材料,以及配合比设计的基本原则。研究表明,分别增加粉煤灰用量和发泡剂的用量干表观密度以及28 d抗压强度都随之下降,吸水率上升,并且对比了动物蛋白发泡剂和动植物复合发泡剂使用量相同的情况下,动物蛋白发泡剂性能更优越。石膏掺量在3%~4%时,粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的抗压强度较高,而石膏掺量超过5%时,强度反而下降,得出各个因素的改变对粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的影响。
This paper analyzes the main raw materials of foam concrete and the basic principles of mix proportion design. The research shows that the dry apparent density and 28 d compressive strength decreases and water absorption increases with the increase of the dosage of fly ash and foaming agent. With the same dosage of animal protein foaming agent and composite foaming agent of animals and plants, the animal protein foaming agent has a better performance. When the dosage of gypsum is between 3% and 4% , the fly ash foamed concrete has a higher compressive strength, and when the dosage of gypsum is greater than 5% , the strength decreases, which shows that the change of each factor influences the fly ash foamed concrete.
