摘要
矿用喷注浆隔热材料的研制对矿井热害防治具有重要意义。通过开展正交配比试验,研制了一种导热系数低、力学强度高的新型矿用隔热材料。该材料以普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、砂子和玻化微珠为原料,其表观密度为1480kg/m^3、导热系数为0.15W/(m·K)、抗压强度为11.7MPa,是一种密度小、隔热好且承载强的矿用喷注型隔热材料,能满足矿用隔热降温需求。
The development of thermal insulating material for mine grouting is of great significance to mine thermal damage prevention and control. Through orthogonal experiment,a novel type of mineral insulating material with low thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength was developed. The material was made of ordinary portland cement,fly ash,sand and glazed hollow bead. Its apparent density is 1480 kg/m^3,thermal conductivity is 0. 15 W/( m · K),and compressive strength is 11. 7 MPa. It is a kind of thermal insulating material with small density,good heat insulation and strong bearing capacity,which can meet the needs of mine thermal insulating and cooling.
