摘要
目的探究丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平对双相抑郁患者生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2013年6月—2015年11月在该院就诊的64例双相抑郁患者按照数字随机表法分为对照组和实验组,各有32例患者;对照组患者采用丙戊酸钠联合帕罗西汀必要时辅以苯二氮卓类药物进行治疗,实验组患者采用丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平进行治疗;对比分析两组患者HAMD-21评分和GQOLI-74评分。结果 (1)在治疗后1周、4周、8周,两组患者HAMD-21评分均显著的低于治疗前(P<0.05);其中,实验组在治疗1、4、8周后HAMD-21评分均显著的低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)经过8周的治疗后,两组患者心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能和物质生活与治疗前相比,均得到了显著的提高(P<0.05);其中,实验组在治疗8周后,在心理功能(59.74±5.17)分、社会功能(61.41±6.33)分、躯体功能(54.32±6.84)分和物质生活(59.73±6.01)分,均显著的高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平治疗双相抑郁患者,可以有效改善患者抑郁症状,提高患者的生活质量,临床应用效果较好。
Objective To study the effect of sodium valproate and quetiapine on the quality of life of patients with bipolar depression. Methods 64 cases of patients with bipolar depression diagnosed in our hospital from June 2013 to November2015 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each, the control group were treated with sodium valproate and paroxetine and supplemented with benzodiazepine drugs if necessary, and the experimental group were treated with sodium valproate and quetiapine, and the HAMD-21 score and GQOLI-74 score were compared between the two groups. Results(1)In 1 week, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, the HAMD-21 scores of the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the HAMD-21 scores in 1 week, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2) after 8-week treatment,the mental function, social function, somatic function and material life of the two groups were obviously improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and after 8-week treatment, the mental function, social function, somatic function and material life scores in the experimental group were respectively(59.74±5.17)points,(61.41±6.33)points,(54.32±6.84)points and(59.73 ±6.01)points, which were obviously higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The sodium valproate and quetiapine on the quality of life of patients with bipolar depression can effectively improve the depression symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients, and the clinical application effect is better.
