摘要
目的：探讨喹硫平与丙戊酸钠对双相情感障碍患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年12月收治入院的120例双相躁狂发作患者分成两组，每组60例，分别予喹硫平与丙戊酸钠治疗，以治疗第6周末为观察期限；评价两组患者治疗后的疗效、不良反应。结果喹硫平组患者显效率为93.3%与丙戊酸钠组的显效率88.3%比较差异无统计学意义（x2=2.635，P ＞0.05）；两组患者治疗8周后 HAMD 评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；喹硫平组在治疗1，2，4，8周 HAMD 评分均明显高于丙戊酸钠组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组不良反应较微，喹硫平组发生不良反应7例，占11.7%；丙戊酸钠组发生不良反应6例，两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论喹硫平与丙戊酸钠治疗双相情感障碍疗效相似，不良反应均较轻，依从性较好，但喹硫平在改善患者生活质量方面更为明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of the quality of life of patients with quetiapine and sodium valproate on bipolar disorder. Methods Selected in our hospital in 2013 January to 2014 year in December admitted 120 patients with bipolar mania patients were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group,respectively treated with quetiapine and sodium valproate therapy,in the treatment of sixth weekend for the observation period;evaluation of curative effect after treatment in two groups,the adverse reaction. Results The patients with quetiapine group markedly effective rate difference between the 93.3% and sodium valproate group markedly effective rate of 88.3% was not significant（x2=2.635,P 〉 0.05）;after 8 weeks,the HAMD score compared with before treatment showed significant differences in two groups of patients（P 〈 0.05）;quetiapine group in the treatment of 1,2,4,the 8 week HAMD score were significantly higher in sodium valproate group,and the differences were significant（P 〈 0.05）;the two group of adverse reaction than the micro,quetiapine group adverse reactions occurred in 7 cases,accounting for 11.7%;sodium valproate group had 6 cases of adverse reactions,adverse reactions of two groups no significant difference among these groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Quetiapine and sodium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder similar efficacy,adverse reactions were mild,good compliance,but quetiapine in the aspects of improving the quality of life of patients more obvious.
