摘要
多数地方新建本科院校由于物质资源、社会声望的有限以及自身目标定位的偏差,导致实践教学师资匮乏、效率低下。作为一种基于情感纽带的社会关系,校友资源与高校学术资源的异质性、互补性和对利益的合理诉求构成了二者共生的现实驱动。校友以其承载的信息资源、物质资源、社会关系资源反哺母校的实践教学,不仅能拓展自身职业价值链,也能推动二者的共同发展。
In most newly-founded local universities, due to limited material resources and social prestige, the deviation of their own target positioning, results in the lack of teachers in the practice teaching and low effi- ciency. As a kind of social relationship based on emotional bonds, the heterogeneity, complementarity and reasonable demand of the academie resources of the university have formed the realistic driving of their symbio- sis. With its information resources, material resources and social relations resources, alumni can not only ex- pand their professional value chain, but also promote their common development.
