摘要
本文基于CDIO人才培养理念,以创新能力培养为核心,围绕市场对城市轨道交通运营管理专业人才的实际需求,结合我校办学定位和专业现状,探索CDIO理念在课程体系、师资队伍建设、实习实训、校企合作等专业发展环节中的应用,培养适应社会需求,具有较强工程实践能力和敬业爱岗、吃苦耐劳的高素质应用型人才。
Based on the CDIO idea of talent cultivation, the cultivation of innovation ability as the core, the ac-tual demand for rail transit operation management professional city around the market, combined with our school running orientation and professional status, explore the concept of CDIO in the curriculum system, teaching staff construction, practice training and professional development of school enterprise cooperation in the process of applica-tion, training to adapt to the society demand for high - quality talents with strong practical ability and the spirit of dedication and hard - working.
