摘要
大连地区的暴雨尤其是大暴雨及其引发的泥石流、持续高温和赤潮等次生灾害给农业生产和人民生命财产安全造成威胁。通过分析大连地区暴雨的历史极值、时间分布、地理分布,阐述暴雨灾情所造成的影响,并提出加强工程性防御、加强媒体宣传、加强人工影响天气作业任务、远离山体等建议,以期减少暴雨灾害造成的损失,保障人民生命财产安全。
Rainstorms especially heavy storms which can cause the mudslides,sustained high temperature,red tides and other secondary disasters in Dalian area,often threaten the agricultural production and people＇s life and property safety. In this paper,the historical extreme values, spatial and temporal distribution of rainstorm in Dalian area were analyzed. And some defensive measures were put forward to minimize the loss caused by rainstorm and ensure the safety of people＇s lives and property.
