摘要
以改质沥青为粘结剂、电煅无烟煤和沥青焦为骨料,研究骨料粒度、加热温度、保温时间及振动次数对改质沥青浸润性的影响,并对不同粒度分布的电煅无烟煤和沥青焦的比表面积进行测定。结果表明,随着骨料粒度的减小,骨料颗粒的比表面积逐渐增大;改质沥青对电煅无烟煤和沥青焦的浸润性均随骨料粒度的减小和振动次数的增加而大幅度降低,随加热温度和保温时间的增加而逐渐增大。通过适当调整骨料粒度分布、加热温度、保温时间、振动次数等工艺参数,能够改善改质沥青对电煅无烟煤和沥青焦的浸润效果。
Effects of aggregate size, heating temperature, holding time, and vibration number on wettability of modified pitch were investigated with modified pitch as binder, calcined anthracite and pitch coke as aggregate. Specific surface area of calcined anthracite and pitch coke with different particle size distribution were measured by automatic surface area and porosity analyzer. The results indicate that specific surface area of aggregate particles rises with drop of aggregate size. Wettability of modified pitch on calcined anthracite and pitch coke is greatly reduced with drop of aggregate size and increase of vibration time, and rises with increase of heating temperature and holding time. It is possible to improve the wetting effect of modified pitch on calcined anthracite and pitch coke by appropriately adjusting aggregate size, heating temperature, holding time, and vibration number.
