摘要
系统地研究了煤沥青的流变规律,以大量的图、表和算式对沥青流变性的规律进行了详细说明。并找出了煤沥青粘度随温度变化的一般规律,首次将煤沥青粘度随温度变化的整个过程划分为三个区间,以便准确地掌握其变化规律。
The high molecular weight, the complexity of structure and the different changing state is the character of coal - tar pitch, which is a kind of macmmolecule mixture consisting of polycyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon. And there are some questions about the rheologic behavior of coal - tar pitch. The character of the different assemble state and thermal reaction performance of coal - tar pitch in different temperature is often used to layout and control the technical parameter of mixing, shaping, baking and impregnation. The coal - tar pitch was often used to produce all kinds of carbon material in the process of practice production and plays an important role in the production of carbon material. So it' s very important to study the rheologic behavior of coal - tar pitch. The rbeologie behavior of coal - tar pitch is systemic studied and illuminated by many figs, tables and formulas. The common rides of the viscosity changing along with the temperature changing are found out. For the first time the process of the changing is divided into ternary areas to accurately mastery the changing rules.
