摘要
开发了煤焦油水洗脱盐工艺,大大降低了焦油中的Cl-、Na+等杂质离子的含量。在焦油蒸馏中控制腐蚀风险无需再额外加碱,从而大幅度降低了沥青中的Na+含量,提高了煤沥青的质量,在煤化工行业中首开先河。
The water washing desalination process for coal tar was developed,which greatly reduced the content of impurity ions such as Cl-and Na+in tar.In tar distillation,no additional alkali was added to control the corrosion risk,thus greatly reduced the content of Na+in asphalt and improved the quality of coal pitch,which was the first in the coal chemical industry.
