摘要
本文回顾了北京大学第一医院《综合目标责任书》的制定与实施过程,客观总结了医院实施"目标管理"所取得的成效,并结合工作实践提出进一步完善"目标管理"的建议。
In the present article, we reviewed the development and application process of the agreement of comprehensive objectives of clinical departments. We objectively summarized several effect of this agreement. We further proposed some advice to perfect this agreement based on working practice.
