摘要
目的:探讨科学的护理管理模式,提高管理效能。方法:设计了护理单元目标式量化考核标准,建立了护理单元目标考评体系,自2007年1月至2008年12月,对全院21个护理单元实行了目标责任制考核。结果:①护理单元目标责任制实施前后各项护理质量指标考核成绩比较,t检验显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②护理单元目标责任制实施前后护士工作满意度评分比较,χ2检验提示差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:实行护理单元目标责任制提高了护理工作质量和效率,调动了护士工作积极性和合作性,促进了护理工作的安全性和创新性。
Objective To explore the scientific care management models and enhance management performance. Methods Quantified evaluation standard is designed to quantified care unit and evaluation system of care unit is established. Since January 2007 to December 2008, all 21 care units in hospital are assessed with the target responsibility system. Result.; There are significant differences in the quality of care indicators with t test comparing between before and after the target responsibility system being carried out (P〈0.05). There are significant differences in the satisfaction score of nurse with X^2test comparing between before and after the target responsibility system being carried out (P〈0.01). Conclusion After the target responsibility system being carried out ,the quality and efficiency of care are improved. Nurses have more enthusiasm and incentive to cooperate. The safety of care and innovation are enhanced.
