摘要
针对矿山爆破工程中,采用乳化炸药现场混装车进行装药时,存在现场混装乳化炸药与孔底杂物,包括岩粉、水以及岩粉和水的混合物等相互混合的情况,采用直径150mm、长度2m的PVC管对炮孔底部三种不同装药环境进行模拟试验分析,研究与炮孔底部岩粉、水等混合后现场混装乳化炸药的物理状态和爆炸性能。试验结果表明,现场混装乳化炸药与孔底岩粉、水以及岩粉和水的混合物相混合后,底部1m范围内乳化炸药的爆炸性能均会受到不同程度的影响,甚至导致孔底乳化炸药失效;通过在输药软管端部套上长度1m不同直径的强力膜,可有效保证炮孔底部的装药质量。为改善现场混装乳化炸药孔底装药方式提供一定的参考依据。
aimed at the impurities at the bottom of the hole when charging by mixing-loading truck of emulsion explosive, including rock power, water and the mixture of the both, simulation experiments are carried out, which simulate three different charging environment of the bottom of the hole by PVC tube with diameter of 150 mm and length 2m. Experiments research the physical state and explosive performance of the on-site mixed explosive, which is mixed with rock power、water and others. The result shows that when the on-site mixed explosive mixed with rock power、water and the mixture of the both, the performance of the emulsion explosive at the bottom within 1m, will be affected to various degree, what's more, it can even result in the failure of the emulsion explosive. By using 1m strength films with different diameter, the charging quality at the bottom can be ensured. This research can provide reference for improving the on-site mixed explosive charging method at the bottom of the hole.
