摘要
针对乳化炸药混装车水孔装药,输药软管未放到炮孔底部时,乳化炸药与孔内积水的混合情况进行研究。通过改变炮孔内水位高度,对水孔装药过程进行现场试验及数值模拟。结果表明:当孔内积水深度大于射流的有效射程时,乳化炸药无法到达孔底,将会在孔底形成一段水柱,水柱上部的炸药与水呈混合状态,影响装药的连续性。因此,水孔装药时,输药软管口与孔底距离应不超过射流的有效射程。
The mixture between emulsion explosive and water during the course of charging were researched when the hose of the explosive mixed loading truck don't reach the bottom of water-filled-hole. Explosive charging process was simulated with changing the water level in water-filled-hole and tested in site. The results show that the explosive cant reach the bottom of the blast hole when the depth of the water exceeds effective range of the jet flow. There exists a water column in the bottom of hole, and the upper of water column is the mixture of explosive and water. This mixture will affect the continuity of charge. Therefore, the distance between explosive delivery hose to the bottom of the blast hole should not be more than the jet effective range.
