摘要 当前,我国职业教育课程改革主要是以服务于区域经济为导向,以"依岗定教"为切入点,以"课程"二次开发为载体。因此,职业院校要想培养出能服务于区域经济发展的高素养应用型人才,就要提升教师课程决策能力,以期其教学更接近社会现实需要。提升高职教师课程决策能力的路径有知识结构的优化与积极建构、教师课程智慧互动和课程研究开展三种。 At present, China's vocational education curriculum reform is mainly to serve the regional economy. It determines the teaching according to the post, with the carrier of course development. To train high qualities applied talents serving regional economy development, higher vocational colleges should promote curriculum decision-making ability so that the teaching is closer to social needs. The ways to promote curriculum decision-making ability of higher vocational teachers include the optimization and active construction of knowledge structure, curriculum wisdom interaction and curriculum research development.
