摘要
试验旨在探索蚯蚓液对42日龄樱桃谷鸭肌肉品质的影响。选用240只1日龄樱桃谷鸭,用单因子试验设计,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,各组分别饲喂添加蚯蚓液0%、1%、1.5%、2%的基础饲粮。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)胸肌肉粗蛋白含量2%组明显高于0%组和1.5%组(P<0.01),粗脂肪含量蚯蚓液1.5%组高于其他各组(P<0.05)。2)胸肌肉缬氨酸(Val)、异亮氨酸(Ile)含量0%组高于2%组和1.5%组(P<0.05);酪氨酸(Tyr)含量2%组高于0%组(P<0.05),明显高于1%组(P<0.01);色氨酸(Trp)含量2%组高于1%组(P<0.05);8种必需氨基酸含量2%组高于1.5%组(P<0.05)。3)其他指标均差异不显著(P>0.05),因此,樱桃谷鸭饲粮中添加2%蚯蚓液能改善肉的品质。
This study was taken to find out how the earthworm liquid affected the muscle quality of cherry valley ducks aged 42 days old. 240 ducks of cherry valley ducks atl days old were chosen and randomly divided into 4 groups,which included 3 repeats of 20 ducks. 0% , 1%, 1.5% and 2% of earthworm liquid was respectively added into base diet and feed cherry valley ducks, with 42 days feeding triM. The results showed : 1 ) The crude protein content of cherry valley duck' s chest muscle in group 2% was significantly higher than the control group and 1.5% group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The crude fat content in 1.5% group was higher than others groups (P 〈0.05). 2)The Val and Ile content of chest muscle in 2% group was higher than 1.5% group or the control group. Tyr content in 2% group was significantly higher than control group and extremely signiflcantly higher than 1% group (P 〈0.05) (P 〈0. 01 ). Trp content in 2% group was significantly higher than 1% group and (P 〈 0. 05 ). The total content of 8 kinds essential amino-acid in group 2% was significantly higher than 1.5 % group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no effect on other chest muscle indicators when adding different concentrations earthworm liquid into base fodder (P 〉 0.05 ). So ,2% of earthworm liquid added into the diet was the best to improve the quality of cherry valley duck muscle.
