摘要
蚯蚓蛋白质含量高、生殖能力强、易养殖、产量高、营养丰富,是鱼粉、豆粕等蛋白质饲料潜在替代品。直接投喂鲜蚯蚓或加工后调制成配合饲料均可提高水产动物生产性能,增强免疫力,提升肠道消化能力,改善畜产品品质等。文章综述蚯蚓和蚓粪的营养特征及其在水产动物养殖中的应用,为其在水产养殖中的合理利用提供参考。
Earthworms have high protein content, strong reproductive ability, easy breeding, high yield and rich nutrition.Earthworms are a potential substitute for protein feeds such as fish meal and soybean meal. Direct feeding of fresh earthworms or formulated into compound feed after processing can improve the production performance of aquatic animals, enhance immunity, enhance intestinal digestion, and improve animal meat quality. The article reviews the nutritional characteristics of earthworms and vermicomposts and their application in aquatic animal breeding, to provide reference for its rational utilization and wide application in aquaculture.
