摘要
分别使用电刺激法和直接刮擦法刺激大鲵,收集其所分泌的黏液。利用海洋曲霉菌酸性蛋白酶酶解大鲵体表黏液获得了大鲵低聚糖肽,研究大鲵低聚糖肽的酶解法条件、生物学特性、理化活性。结果表明,大鲵皮肤黏液中存在抑菌成分,即低聚糖肽。
Andrias davidianus were stimulated by electrical stimulation and direct scratches to collect the mucus. The enzymatic conditions, biological charaeterisics,physical and chemical activity of oligosaccharides from A ndrias davidianus boby mucus were studied by enzymolysis of marine aspergillus acidic protease.The results showed that there was antibacterial component in the skin mucus of A ndrias davidionus,that was oligosaeeharide peptide.
