摘要
运用光学显微镜观察了大鲵雌性输卵管组织学结构的特点.输卵管是前端细后端粗的长而且弯曲的管状结构,长度约为体长的1.5~3倍.管壁从内到外分别由粘膜层、粘膜下层、浆膜下层和浆膜层4部分组成.不同区段输卵管在组织学结构上存在有差异,比较观察认为,不同区段输卵管的结构是与其功能相适应的.
Studied the structural characteristic (histology featur) of oviduct in giant salamander's female reproductive system, Using the optical microscope system. Giant salamander's oviduct is the long and crooked tubal structure, thin in the front and thick in the back, and the length is approximately the 1.5 ~ 3 time of body length. The tubal wall of oviduct is composed of four parts, mucous menmbrane, mucous membrane underlayer, chorion underlayer and chorion layer, separating from inside to outside. Different sections of oviduct have differences on the histology structure. By observing comparatively, it is found that the structure of different sections in the oviduct is adaptive to (commensurate with) its function.
