摘要
目的:通过追踪患者心肌酶谱变化,结合其他危险因素,探讨食用小龙虾后出现横纹肌溶解综合征的病因。方法:对40例2016年7月食用小龙虾后出现横纹肌溶解综合征患者于入院初期、中期、出院前分别采血检验心肌酶谱、肝肾功能,分析其变化及流行病学特征。结果:患者心肌酶谱变化大多呈上升再下降趋势,心肌酶谱的变化幅度在其他因素干扰下会加重症状,患者CKMB的变化与LDH变化不存在相关性,40例患者经治疗后预后良好。结论:食用小龙虾后引起横纹肌溶解的病因与洗虾粉有关可能性不大,与小龙虾本身无关,与饮酒、运动等其他危险因素有关,小龙虾体内是否含有某种农药或灭螺粉导致横纹肌溶解仍需进一步探讨。
Objective: To explore the etiology of rhabdomyolysis syndrome after eating crayfish by tracking the changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum, and in combination with other risk factors. Methods: A total of 40 cases with rhabdomyolysis syndrome on July 2016 after eating crayfish were enrolled. Myocardial enzyme spectrum, liver and kidney function were tested at early, middle stage and before leaving hospital respectively, the change and epidemiological characteristics were analyzed. Results: The changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum in most of patients showed a trend of rising and falling, the change of myocardial enzyme spectrum under the interference of other factors could worsen symptoms.There was no correlation between changes of CKMB and LDH.The prognosis was good after treatment. Conclusions: After eating crayfish, the cause of rhabdomyolysis associated with wash shrimp powder is unlikely, has no relation to crayfish itself, is correlated with alcohol, and other dangerous factors. Crayfish whether in the body contains a pesticide or exterminate snail powder causing rhabdomyolysis still need further discussion.
