摘要
目的探讨小龙虾致横纹肌溶解综合征的急救与护理,提高急救水平。方法回顾性分析103例因食用小龙虾致横纹肌溶解综合征患者的临床特点,总结急救护理方法。结果经治疗和护理后,本组患者的肌痛症状2~3 d后消失,肌酶和肝功能5~6 d后恢复正常,尿常规等3~4 d后恢复正常,患者经急诊输液治疗后均痊愈出院。结论对食用小龙虾导致的横纹肌溶解综合征患者实施及时有效的治疗与护理,患者可预后较好。
Objective To explore the first aid and care of patients with crayfish-induced rhabdomyolysis so as to improve the efficiency of the first aid.Methods Clinical characteristics of symptoms in 103 patients with rhabdomyolysis caused by eating crayfish were analyzed,and first aid measures were summarized.Results After treatment and nursing measures,the symptoms of myalgia of all patients were disappeared after 2 to 3 days of treatment and nursing.Muscle enzymes and liver function returned to normal after 5 to 6 days.Urine routines returned to normal after 3 to 4 days.All patients were cured after being treated with emergency infusion treatment.Conclusion Timely treatment and nursing measures for the patients with rhabdomyolysis syndrome induced by eating crayfish could obtain better prognosis.
