摘要
本文考察了成形压力、陶瓷粉料颗粒塑化及造粒方式对火花塞氧化铝陶瓷致密度和介电强度的影响。研究结果表明:氧化铝陶瓷的致密度和介电强度随着成形压力的提高而逐渐上升,达到一定压力后上升趋势减弱;塑化剂PEG的添加能够降低陶瓷粉料颗粒的强度,提升陶瓷试片的致密度和介电强度,PEG的较优添加量为0.5%;压力式喷雾造粒陶瓷试片的致密度和介电强度要略低于离心式喷雾造粒样品。
The effects of molding pressure, particle plasticizing, granulation method on densification and dielectric strength of spark plug alumina ceramic were studied. The results indicate that the densi- fication and dielectric strength of alumina ceramic is elevated with the increased molding pressure. Plasticizer PEG can reduce the strength of ceramic powder particle, which also improve the densifica- tion and dielectric strength of alumina ceramic. The proper addition of PEG is 0.5 % to the total solid weight. The sample^s performance of centrifugal tower is better than that of pressure tower.
