摘要
Al2O3作为先进陶瓷材料,具有一系列优异的综合性能,同时原料来源广且价格低廉,被广泛应用在众多领域。本文首先从力学性能和热学性能两个方面简要总结了影响Al2O3陶瓷抗热震性能的主要因素,然后阐述了提高Al2O3陶瓷抗热震性能的几种途径,最后对比论述了Al2O3陶瓷抗热震性能的检测方法。
As an advanced ceramic material,Al2O3 is widely used in many fields because of series of excellent comprehensive properties,a wide range of raw materials and low price.In this paper,the main factors effecting the thermal shock resistance of alumina ceramics are summarized from the aspects of mechamcal properties and thermal properties.Then,several ways to improve the thermal shock resistance of Al2O3 ceramic are described.Finally,the methods of detecting the thermal shock resistance of Al2O3 ceramic are discussed in comparison.
