Research Progress on the Influence of UV-B Radiation on Changes of Secondary Metabolites in Plant

摘要 UV-B辐射的增强对于植物体内次级代谢产物积累是目前科学研究的热点之一。本综述介绍了近十年来国内外有关UV-B辐射对于植物次级代谢产物变化的研究现状与进展,讨论了在增强UV-B时,植物的次级代谢产物如萜类、酚类、次级含氮化合物的含量变化情况,为植物利用UV-B提高次级代谢产物的产量提供理论依据及参考。 The effect of the enhancement of UV-B radiation on the accumulation of secondary metabolites in plants is currently a hot spot among scientific researches. This paper reviewed the research status and progress of the effect of UV-B radiation enhancing on the changes of the secondary metabolites in plant during the past ten years. We summarized the changes of plant secondary metabolites contents, such as terpenoids, phenols and secondary containing nitrogen compounds when we enhanced UV-B radiation does. The paper would provide a theoretical basis and reference for the utilization of UV-B radiation to increase the yield of secondary metabolites in plant.
