Study on Safety Mechanics of Temporary Structure in Building Construction

摘要 针对施工临时结构类施工坍塌事故风险源,从施工临时结构功能角度,绘制施工临时结构的传力路线图,揭示施工临时结构为一个串联系统,系统中任一单元失效,系统即失效。从结构力学角度,分析施工临时结构及构件传力系统为固定铰支座、活动铰支座和杆体组成的串联系统,阐述施工临时结构中连墙起固定铰支座作用,杆件连接起活动铰支座作用,剪刀撑起施工临时结构整体几何稳定控制杆作用。基于此,分析施工临时结构安全高风险性来自施工临时结构安装和质量维护过程,安全风险的防控重点是强化安全生产监督管理,普及安全生产知识,提升全员安全生产责任意识。 To discover the intrinsic safety and internal force of temporary structures,the force transmission process of temporary structures is described,and the temporary construction structure and structure component force transferring system are composed as a series-system of fixed hinge support,movable hinge support and member bar,and the systems fail when any unit fails. Fastening the temporary structures to the wall can fix hinge support,the connections of the member bars connect the movable hinge support,and the bridging has an important use in keep the stability of the formwork support overall. The high safety risk of construction temporary structure comes from installation and quality maintenance process. The focus of prevention and control of safety risk is to strengthen the supervision and administration of production safety,popularize safety production knowledge and enhance safe responsible consciousness of the whole members.
