“赋权”与“增能”双重目标下的江苏老年教育机制创新 被引量:5

摘要 在渐进式延迟退休年龄的趋势下大力发展"赋权"与"增能"并举的老年教育,不仅可有效缓解江苏未来劳动人口结构性短缺的矛盾,而且对更高水平的小康社会和基本现代化建设具有十分重要的意义。在分析江苏老龄化和老年教育现状的基础上,对区域经济社会发展战略导向下的科学决策机制,上下贯通协调的运行机制,政府主导下的资源投入与整合机制,教、学、用有效对接的传导机制,"三喻文化"引领下的合作学习和网络教育信息共享机制及科学多元的评估、反馈、激励与监督机制等方面,提出了以"赋权"与"增能"并举为目标的老年教育创新建议。 In the trend of progressive delay in retirement age, the development of senior education with "em- powerment" and "energization" as its objectives can not only effectively alleviate the contradictions of the fu- ture structural shortage of the labor force in Jiangsu, but also be of great significance to a higher level of well-off society and basic modernization. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of aging and aging e- ducation in Jiangsu, the suggestions for the innovation of aging education with "empowerment" and "energiza- tion" as its objectives are put forward from the aspects of the scientific decision mechanism oriented by re- gional economic and social development strategies, the operating mechanism coordinated in a barrier-free way, resource input and integration mechanism led by the government, the transmission mechanism effectively connecting teaching, learning, and practice, the information sharing mechanism of cooperative learning and online education under the guidance of "pre-figurative, co-figurative and post-figurative culture theory", and mechanisms of scientific diversity assessment, feedback, incentive and supervision etc..
