摘要
新型职业农民培育是一项系统工程,其中,培训是关键环节。近年来安徽农业大学农业综合试验站充分发挥自身所集聚的科学研究、社会服务、创业孵化、人才培训四大功能,以鲜明的问题导向和需求导向为根本指导,紧贴“三农”工作一线,在开展新型职业农民订单式培训方面进行了初步的实践探索,取得了较为显著的阶段性成效,但也不可避免地存在尚待进一步完善的提升空间。进一步优化提升新型职业农民订单式培训模式,应加强关于新型职业农民的全面认知,强化主动开拓培训市场的意识,创新培训方式方法,合理调适培训内容设置,提高培训师资匹配度,健全培训工作运行机制。
The cultivation of new vocational farmer is a systematic project,among which training is the key link.In recent years,Anhui Agricultural University Agricultural Comprehensive experimental Station has brought into full play the four functions,such as scientific research,social service,Entrepreneurship incubation and personnel training,Guided by clear problem orientation and demand orientation,Close to the"three rural"work line,has carried out preliminary practice exploration in the order training of new vocational farmer,achieved more remarkable stage results,but also inevitably there is room for further improvement.It should take some further measures to optimize and improve the new order training mode for new vocational farmer,for instance,Reinforce the comprehensive cognition of new vocational farmers,Strengthen the consciousness of actively developing training market,Innovative training methods,Adjust the training content reasonably,Improve the matching degree of training teachers,perfect the operation mechanism of training work.
