摘要
培养新型职业农民是助力全面实施乡村振兴战略的题中应有之义,是促进农业农村高质量发展,巩固拓展脱贫攻坚和全面建成小康社会成果的重要措施。对新型职业农民培训现状进行了调研,找出新型职业农民培训工作中存在的突出问题并分析原因,进而有针对性地探索创新涉农高校在新型职业农民培训实践中的关键环节,如培训内容、师资、方式、考核等,并在实践中总结提炼升华,进而推动新型职业农民培训模式创新,提升农民参训意愿,提高新型职业农民培训的系统性、专业性、针对性和实效性。
Training new professional farmers is an integral part of our efforts to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy.It is an important measure to promote high-quality agricultural and rural development,consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.In this paper,we investigated the status quo of training new professional farmers,found out the outstanding problems existing in it and analyzed the reasons,and then targeted to explore and innovate the key links in the training practice of new professional farmers in agriculture-related colleges pointedly,such as the training content,teachers,methods,and the assessment and so on.We also summarized and refined essence in practice,and then promoted the innovation of the training mode of new professional farmers,enhanced the willingness of farmers to participate in the training,improved the systematicness,specialization,pertinence and effectiveness of the training of new professional farmers.
