基于OBE理念的高校教师线上岗前培训研究

摘要 新入职的高校教师面临“由生到师”的身份转型问题,亟需教学理论和能力相关的岗前任职培训。文章基于OBE理念,制定了一种疾控期间高校教师线上岗前培训策略,设计了以学习成果为驱动、以参训者为主体的线上岗前培训方案,将OBE理念贯穿培训前期准备、培训内容设计、培训实施的全过程;采用了更利于学习成果形成的过程性多角度评价方式,科学地评价参训者学习成果。经过短期的培训实践,培训效果反馈较好,达成了疾控期间新入职教师培训的预期目的。
