摘要
目的:正交试验法优选痛风颗粒水提工艺条件。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸含量并进行方法学考察;以绿原酸含量及干浸膏收率为综合评价指标,选取影响水溶性成分提取率的蒸馏水的量、煎煮提取时间及煎煮次数作为考察因素,应用L9(3~4)正交试验设计选取最佳水提工艺条件。结果:最佳水提工艺条件为加8倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论:优选所得提取工艺条件稳定可行,可为痛风颗粒的工业生产提供试验依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction condition with water of Tongfeng granule by orthogonal design. Method: The measurement method of chlorogenic acid was detected by HPLC. The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the L9 (34) orthogonal design. The content of chlorogenic acid and dry extract yield were used as comprehensive evaluation indexes. The water amount, the extraction time and the extraction times were used as factors. Result: The optimal conditions were as follows: the raw materials were extracted three times with 8 times of water for 1 h. Conclusion: This optimized process is stable and feasible. It can provide test basis for industrial production of Tongfeng granule.
