摘要
目的确定补肾健脑颗粒的制备工艺。方法以颗粒得率、吸湿百分率为指标筛选颗粒的辅料,并采用L^9(3~4)正交试验法,以颗粒得率、溶解率为考核指标进行综合评分,考察快速搅拌制粒工艺中的几个影响因素。结果最佳制剂工艺是乳糖用量为0.2%,制粒机转速比为快/慢,制粒时间为210s。结论试验结果可为补肾健脑颗粒制备工艺的确定提供依据。
Objective To establish the preparation process of Bushenjianao granules. Methods The appropriate excipients were screened by hygroscopicity and granulation; the granulation and dissolution percentage were used as indicators to select the affecting factors in preparation process. Results The optimum technology was using quick/slow as the rotating ratio, 2% lactose as excipient; 210 s as mixture time. Conclusion The experimental results provide the basis for the ascertainment of formulation of Bushenjiannao granules.
