摘要
目的:优选肿节风含片的最佳制备工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以含片的口感和溶出时限为指标,对含片的制备工艺进行优选。结果肿节风含片的制备工艺为:10%肿节风浸膏粉与60%甘露醇、15%蔗糖混匀,50%乙醇为润湿剂,制颗粒,干燥。将3%冰片以适量无水乙醇溶解,喷入颗粒,混匀,压片。结论该工艺制得的含片口感好,溶散时限符合要求,适合工业化生产。
