摘要
目的优化金银花的提取工艺。方法运用正交设计法优选提取工艺,以高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量。结果优化后的提取条件为15倍量体积的水,煎煮提取3次,每次30min,提取物中绿原酸的含量较高。结论优化的提取工艺简便、合理,为金银花提取物的制备提供了一定的理论参考依据。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of caffeotannic acid in Lonicera Japonica.METHODS To extract by the orthogonal design,and to determine the content of caffeotannic acid by HPLC.RESULTS The optimum extraction condition was obtained as follows:the volume was 15 times,the recirculation time was 30min,and extracted for 3 times.CONCLUSION The optimized procedure is convenient and reasonable.
