摘要
研究昆仑雪菊总黄酮对小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数的影响。以胸腺指数及脾脏指数为测量指标,观察不同浓度昆仑雪菊总黄酮对小鼠免疫功能的影响作用。低、中、高剂量昆仑雪菊总黄酮可不同程度的增加小鼠胸腺和脾脏的质量,其中,与空白对照组比较,高剂量昆仑雪菊总黄酮组能显著提高小鼠脾脏指数(P<0.05);但对胸腺指数的作用结果不明显。以胸腺指数和脾脏指数作为检测指标,昆仑雪菊总黄酮可增强小鼠胸腺和脾脏的脏器指数,提高小鼠的免疫功能。
To study the effects of total flavonoids fromcoreopsis tinctoria on thymus index and spleen index of the mice. Using the thymus index and the spleen index to observe the effects of different concentrations total flavonoids fromcoreopsis tinctoria on the immune function of the mice. Low, medium and high dose of total flavonoids fromcoreopsis tinctoria can increase the thymus and spleen in mice of different level of quality, and compared with blank control group, high dose of total flavonoids from coreopsis tinctoriagroup can significantly improve the index of spleen in mice （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; But the effect on the thymus index was not obvious. As the thymus index and the spleen index was used as test indicators, the total flavonoids from coreopsis tinctoriaean enhance the index of the thymus and spleen and improve the immune function of mice.
