摘要
目的分析探讨慢性肾衰竭患者血液透析过程中应用舒适护理的临床应用效果以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年8月—2016年8月期间在该院血液净化中心进行血液透析的慢性肾衰竭患者共计108例,随机等分对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用常规临床护理措施,观察组患者采用舒适护理措施,对比两组患者护理干预前后的生活质量和护理满意度情况,观察记录两组患者护理期间透析并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的SF-36、舒适度、护理满意评分分别为(86.37±15.31)分、(91.37±5.84)分、(94.68±3.86)分,明显高于对照组患者相应指标的评分水平,同时观察组患者的心律失常、高血压、导管相关并发症、呼吸困难、低血压的发生例次数均也明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性肾衰竭行血液透析的患者舒适护理服务,能够有效的降低患者在透析过程中并发症的发生率,提高患者的治疗舒适度和护理满意度,进而有效的改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical application effect of comfort nursing in the hemodialysis of patients with chronic renal failure and discuss the effect of it on the quality of life of patients. Methods 108 cases of patients with chronic renal failure for hemodialysis in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine clinical nursing measures, while the observation group adopted the comfort nursing measures, and the quality of life and nursing satisfactory degree before and after the nursing intervention were compared between the two groups, and the occurrence of hemodialysis complications during the nursing period of the two groups was recorded. Results The SF-36, comfort degree and nursing satisfactory degree score in the observation group were respectively （85.37±15.31）points, （91.37±5.84）points, （94.68±3.86）points, which were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the incidence rate of arythmia, hypertension, catheter related complications, decompensation and hypopiesis in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The comfort nursing service for patients with chronic renal failure for hemodialysis can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications in the hemo.dialysis course and improve the treatment comfort degree and nursing satisfactory degree thus effectively improving the quality of life of patients.
