摘要
目的探讨舒适护理配合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床效果。方法选取于2006年8月—2013年10月在该院接受血液透析治疗配合舒适护理的慢性肾衰竭患者共15例作为观察组,选取于2006年以前未实施舒适护理的慢性肾衰竭患者共16例作为对照组,其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行舒适护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度与生活质量指数。结果观察组患者总满意率100.0%明显高于对照组75.0%,观察组患者的情感指数(50.4±7.4)、健康指数(13.2±4.3)、感情指数(9.7±2.8)以及生活满意度(10.2±2.3)均明显高于对照组的(32.6±6.1)、(7.8±3.5)、(5.2±2.2)以及(5.8±1.4)。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上,引入舒适护理配合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭,可以有效的提高患者对于护理工作的满意度和患者的生活质量。因此,舒适护理在临床上值得大力推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comfortable nursing combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods 15 cases with chronic renal failure underwent hemodialysis and comfortable nursing in our hospital from August 2006 to October 2013 were selected as the observation group, and 16 cases with chronic renal failure underwent hemodialysis without comfortable nursing before 2006 were selected as the control group. The control group were given the conventional nursing, while the observation group were given comfortable nursing based on conventional nursing. And the nursing satisfaction and quality of life index were compared between the two groups. Results The total satisfactory rate of the observation group was 100%, much higher than 75.0%of the control group;the emotional index, health index, sentiment index and life satisfaction of the observation group was （50.4±7.4）, （13.2±4.3）, （9.7±2.8）, （10.2±2.3）, respectively, much higher than （32.6±6.1）, （7.8±3.5）, （5.2±2.2）, （5.8±1.4）, respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For chronic renal failure, comfortable nursing combined with hemodialysis based on the conventional nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the patients, so comfortable nursing is worthy of vigorously clinical application and promotion.
