摘要
在地方本科院校向应用型转型发展的背景下,应用型本科院校人才培养质量的核心是工程实践能力。分析转型中的地方本科院校学生工程实践能力提升不明显的成因,并从评价体系、师资队伍建设、实践课程建设及管理体制和激励机制等主要方面探索应用型本科院校学生工程实践能力培养的措施,以提升学生的工程实践能力和应用型人才培养质量。
Engineering practice capability plays key role in the training quality for application talents of local application-oriented colleges in transition. The reason for the unobvious ascension of engineering practice capability of undergraduate students was analyzed, and the measure of the cultivation of the engineering practical capability was explored from the following aspects, such as evaluation system, teaching staff construction, practice course construction, management system and stimulating system, so as to promote the engineering practice capability and the training quality of application talents.
