摘要
文章从转变工程教育观念、调整和优化人才培养方案、构建实践课程体系、校企联合培养、应用型教师队伍建设等几方面阐述了化学化工类专业人才培养模式改革的经验和成果。
The paper expounded experience and achievements about improvement of training professional talents of chemistry and chemical engineering from the aspects of changing engineering educational concept, adjusting and improve talents training mode, constructing practice course system, combining training of schools and enterprises, and constructing group of applied teachers.
